Eezehaul invests in a wide range of employee benefits

Eezehaul offers a wide range of benefits to our employees. It’s our way of showing that we recognise their value, and of saying thank you for their hard work, skill and professionalism.

Holiday Entitlement:  Holiday entitlement is  28 days including bank holidays, which increases with length of service to a maximum of 34.

Pension:  All employees are auto-enrolled into our Scottish Widows pension after 3 months employment and the company contributes 3% of their monthly salary to the scheme on their behalf. Each employee is able to track their contributions via an online portal.

Employee Assistance Programme: Eezehaul is partnered with Health Assured to help support employees through any life or work struggles. Available 24/7, employees have access via an online portal, phone call or mobile app, including access to confidential one-to-one counselling

Health and Wellbeing Support: Every 12 months the employees have the chance to take part in a free body MOT health assessment with a trained wellbeing advisor who can provide access to a range of support and advice.

Staff Recommendations: We offer a whopping £500 to any employee who introduces a new permanent staff member to the Eezehaul team!

CPC – Certificate of Professional Competence:  We organise and pay for all our drivers' CPC tuition every 5 years. This supports Eezehaul’s FORS Silver accreditation and demonstrates our competent and superior workforce. PLUS paid time to attend training!

Social Events:  At Eezehaul, we like to thank our employees by hosting a number of events during the year, the highlight being the annual Christmas Party. With our award-winning background, our employees also get opportunities to celebrate with celebrities too, at the TPN Spring Gala and awards ceremony.

Educational Assistance: We want our employees to reach their full potential, so at Eezehaul, we offer financial support for HGV training courses within our Driver Academy plus our Warehouse to Driver Wheels programme, which allows staff who want a driving career to be funded and supported through to an HGV qualification. Opportunities and funding are also considered for a variety of professional qualifications.

Manor Royal Partnership: Situated on the largest business area in the South East of England, Eezehaul is a part of the Manor Royal Business District, which allows our employees to reap a variety of benefits. These include: bespoke training services, Easit travel discounts, retail discounts and savings, gym discounts, entertainment offers and local football benefits to name a few!

Discounts on customer products: We are fortunate to work with some fantastic brands and inspiring businesses. Some of our customers generously offer Eezehaul staff discount on their products and services.

Car Parking: We have a large 50-space car park and private off-road spaces, which are all free for Eezehaul staff and visitors.
