We need full-time Class 2 drivers.  The job is Mon-Fri, with rostered Saturday shifts. 

Salary starts at £25,500pa rising to £26,010pa after successful completion of probationary period.

• Realistic average earnings including ovetrtime and bonuses are £28,161pa. We pay overtime rates at 1.25x hourly base rate and there's also a company performance-related bonus scheme. 

What will you have to do?

• Build positive customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service
• Comply with driving hours and working time directives
• Drive safely and legally at all times
• Project and positive and professional image of yourself and the company
• Make sure all paperwork is signed, accurate and distributed
• Deliver and collect freight to agreed service levels
• Do daily vehicle checks which fulfil health and safety criteria 
• Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods
• Make sure loads are secure
• Lead by example and support other drivers
• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements
• Be a team player by doing extra hours during peak times
• Be OK with flexible working patterns as shifts times may vary.

What do you need for this job?

• A good level of fitness is needed as manual handling is involved. 
• You must have held a class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 year
• 1 year + driving experience
• Have a digitacho card and hold a Driver CPC qualification card
